So the holiday season has come to an end and boy am I feeling the effects of too many sweets, too much wine and a lot of carbs! My skin is dry, my lips are chapped and the breakouts are here ?

I know I need to drink more water, start to eat clean, eliminate dairy and carbs, get back to the gym…blah blah…the list goes on. All the things we tell ourselves on January 1st, write down in new journals, post on our bathroom mirrors and swear we are going to do in the new year. 2020 is a big year for me (I turn 40 this year) ?? so the only thing I am going to promise myself is I live the best year yet!
