Returns & Exchanges

The Curated Closet will happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of fulfillment. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial.

We offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Store credit expires one year from issue date and is issued instantly once your return is accepted. Customer is not reimbursed for the original shipping cost and incurs any and all shipping charges to return their item(s) to the Curated Closet. 

Store credit cannot be combined with any other discounts or promo offers.

Items listed below are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Final Sale Items

  • Flash Sale Items

  • STYLD Boxes

  • Any already discounted items

  • Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order.

  • To initiate an exchange, please email jennie@calygirlstyld.com. In your email please let me know which size and item you want to exchange.

    Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Exchanges are for U.S residents only.

  • We stand behind our products and quality at Curated Closet and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact jennie@calygirlstyld.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away.
